I have no idea what to put for a title. Seems that's the last thing on my mind when drawing something now, haha.
Sorry I've been so inactive at uploading art at DeviantArt. Everyday I've been looking for something to do besides being at home so I'm not at home too much, and when I am home, I usually play games. Playing games lets me be a bit more mindless, while drawing takes concentration and stuff. Sometimes I would just rather play games than make interesting organized marks on compressed tree fibers with rocks and ink.
So yeah, this isn't Denier's "new outfit" or anything. I just wanted to draw him in something a bit more comfortable than the clunky armor. Maybe he's just training right now or something, I don't know. All I do know is that I want his sword.
I drew this a couple days ago but seeing the movie Gladiator today made me want to finish it. What a sweet movie.

It's so hard to grow up on your own....no one to lean on when your hurt...no one to show you they care...no one's shoulder to cry on...no one to make you feel safe...no one to make you happy when your sad...this...is my life.
Yon dragon to smote some unholy heathon, methinks!
Good work on the musculature of the arms. The costume itself is also brilliantly illustrated. There is something unique, yet distinctly familiar about it--it's like Renaissance Festival meets "Blade Runner". I notice bandages on his tail: did someone try to chop it off? The metallic luster of the sword really came out well, too. But I suppose it is the little details that really bring "closure" to this piece, like the tail bracelet, the sharpened grieves poking up from the bottom of the deviation, the "streaming" background...Well done once again, sir

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
